Responsibilities
Updating account balances in our system of record by posting payments made via mail or via our web portal
Reconciling payment batches to deposit records
Identifying and correcting any errors found
Researching and responding to internal email inquiries
Qualification
Required
High school diploma required
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required
You are required to take a background check and drug screen
Organizational skills: 1 year (Required)
Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
Preferred
One year of experience performing administrative and clerical procedures is preferred but optional
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Microsoft Word: 1 year (Preferred)
