Mid LevelAlta is the AI Native GTM Operating System that connects every revenue function through autonomous AI agents. They are seeking an AI Engineer who will design reasoning workflows, build context layers, and connect the agents to real-world data from CRMs, APIs, and communication tools.

Responsibilities
Design multi-agent systems that operate across chat, voice, and email channels using CRM and GTM data
Build the brains of agents: prompts, reasoning logic, and memory that combine structured CRM data with unstructured signals such as notes, emails, and calls
Integrate CRMs, analytics platforms, and GTM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, etc.) into Alta’s semantic context layer
Implement agent tools and functions in TypeScript or Python for enrichment, scoring, forecasting, and task execution
Test and evaluate agents with live data and improve their accuracy, reliability, and performance
Collaborate with Product, RevOps, and Data teams to define what intelligence means in each GTM workflow
Contribute to internal frameworks and SDKs that accelerate the development and evaluation of new agents
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field
Strong programming skills in TypeScript and/or Python
Experience integrating APIs, CRMs, and data pipelines between SaaS systems
Familiarity with LLMs, retrieval frameworks, and orchestration tools such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
Understanding of data modeling, prompt design, and reasoning flows
Experience with monitoring or analytics tools such as Datadog or Mixpanel
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
Curiosity and a passion for building real, production-grade AI systems
Preferred
Experience with sales or marketing data
Background in conversational AI or autonomous agents
Interest in forecasting, pipeline analysis, or revenue operations
