The role involves prospecting for new accounts, growing existing accounts, and providing excellent customer support while managing orders and inventory.

Responsibilities

Work together with Outside Sales associates to ensure our customer’s needs are met

Updating customer orders, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse and answer sales calls for general inquires

Take customer sales orders and provide timely quotations and accurate order processing

Order items as necessary to fulfill customer orders

Make outbound calls to customers who are eligible for new promotions and follow up on potential sales

Assisting with inventory management and stocking of the shelves

Gaining knowledge of the products that we sell to our customers

Actively participates in training either in house or events offered by our vendors

Provide feedback on information pertinent to our business

Other tasks as assigned
