Responsibilities

Assist in the development of reports, briefings, and correspondence to ensure leadership has the necessary information for decision-making

Coordinate and oversee meeting logistics, prepare background materials, and track follow-up actions to maintain operational continuity

Support executive travel and operational requirements, ensuring that logistical and administrative needs are addressed in alignment with organizational priorities and policies

Act as a central POC for workflow management and operational coordination, supporting leadership’s ability to execute strategic initiatives efficiently

Facilitate the flow of information, monitor the progress of key operational tasks, and provide responsive support to ensure adaptability to shifting mission priorities
