Responsibilities
Designing, prototyping, and scaling the new initiative on top of our core product
Owning end-to-end decisions in the development process
Working closely with product and data teams to translate abstract ideas into elegant, performant APIs and architectures
Qualification
Required
Experience in backend engineering with a focus on designing and scaling APIs
Strong understanding of software architecture and design principles
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used for backend development (e.g., Java, Python, Go)
Experience working with databases and data storage solutions
Ability to collaborate effectively with product and data teams
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete solutions
Experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Excellent communication skills
Preferred
Experience in the fintech industry
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in financial services
Experience with cloud services and infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Knowledge of security best practices in software development
