This role focuses on supporting data center programs across North America, driving large-scale deployments, operational excellence, and innovation across complex infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities

Lead the successful development, implementation, and management of designated Global Cloud & Data Center (GCDC) programs across Tier 3 and Tier 4 environments

Partner closely with regional and local project teams to ensure consistent standards in installation, commissioning, and delivery

Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor technical teams to ensure alignment and proactive communication on updates, rollouts, and product lifecycle management

Maintain and evolve the program playbook to ensure process consistency, scalability, and operational efficiency across multiple sites

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on customer technical standards, ensuring compliance with all procedures and design requirements

Oversee the end-to-end execution and delivery of new product solutions to strengthen the company’s competitive position in North America

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, technicians, project managers, and sales teams to ensure seamless program delivery

Stay current on emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and technical governance

Travel up to 50% to regional project sites for program oversight, commissioning, and team support

Required

3+ years of experience in operations, field service, or project/program management, ideally within data centers, critical infrastructure, or enterprise environments

Proven success overseeing multi-site or large-scale deployment programs

Familiarity with access control and physical security systems such as C-Cure, Lenel, AMAG, and Genetec

Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple levels of an organization

Strategic mindset with demonstrated ability to build alignment across teams and stakeholders

Bachelor's degree required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
