Account Executive
PrismHR is a veteran-owned industry leader providing end-to-end technology solutions for Public Safety and Defense. They are seeking a full-time Account Executive to manage customer relationships, drive sales conversions, and ensure customer satisfaction in a critical, on-site role.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with current clients and key stakeholders, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and retention
Partner with internal teams to take qualified, warm leads and effectively convert them into closed deals, helping the company meet and exceed sales goals
Act as the primary liaison between customers and our internal teams (including subject matter experts) to facilitate seamless communication and project execution
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our technology solutions according to customers' specific needs and objectives
Provide professional and timely customer support through all methods: email, phone, video calls, and occasional in-person meetings
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Must be based in Tampa, FL and able to work 100% on-site
