This role involves utilizing data to maximize service to sales opportunities, developing processes, and training staff to ensure effective implementation.

Responsibilities
Utilize data mined from Auto Alert, Auto Quote, and CDK to work with dealerships to identify service to sales opportunities
Create and implement best practices to maximize Sales to Service opportunities
Work with vendors to ensure on-going training and development of leadership and Sales to Service team members in the dealerships
Work with dealership General Managers to ensure Sales to Service processes are implemented and consistently utilized
Qualification
Required
5 + years of Service to Sales experience at a large automotive group or relevant vendor
Tech savvy, able to mine data from tools such as Auto Alert and Auto Quote
Professional verbal/written communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Willing to travel up to 20%
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
