Mid LevelMcGrath Arlington Kia is seeking an experienced BDC Representative to help grow their BDC. The role involves handling all incoming Internet leads and sales calls, as well as making outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with customers.

Responsibilities
Answer all incoming phone calls according to script and schedule a sales appointment
Make several outbound calls per day
Log all Customer-comments
Schedule follow-up contact if no appointment is made
Contact Customers using scripts to schedule appointments for sales
Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives
Respond to Customer website-requests
Contact Internet Customers via email and phone to schedule a Sales appointment
Follow up on Internet Customer emails according to a pre-determined timeline
Notify necessary departments when an appointment is scheduled
Ability to meet or exceed monthly goals
Qualification
Required
Ability to maintain high levels of professionalism, salesmanship, teamwork, organization and customer service
Working PC knowledge & the ability to navigate the internet is required
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
