Responsibilities

Engage cross-functionally with leadership to draft policies and design compliance programs. Monitor compliance functions that live within business units to ensure accountability

Manage compliance programs and direct compliance efforts for corporate compliance programs that are managed directly by the compliance department, including but not limited to code of conduct and business ethics, ethics hotline, anti-corruption, document retention, and other programs identified

Develop content for and lead enterprise training sessions for corporate compliance programs

Monitor corporate compliance industry trends and identify new and emerging compliance risks; perform industry benchmarking and risk assessments and make recommendations to inform and direct the corporate compliance strategy

Manage compliance technology and databases related to individual compliance programs and enterprise compliance strategies

Manage and develop direct reports, including Compliance Analyst(s)
