Responsibilities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering outstanding customer service ๐ก๐ค
Leverage company-provided leads to grow and sustain a robust client network ๐๐
Host property showings and open houses to effectively present listings to prospective buyers ๐ ๐
Work closely with the Path Home Team to create tailored marketing plans for each property ๐๐ฏ
Participate in training sessions and workshops to continuously improve real estate expertise and sales techniques ๐๐ก
Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements ensuring full legal compliance ๐โ๏ธ
Stay informed on local market trends, property values, and financing options to better serve clients ๐

Qualification
Required
Valid real estate license in the state of Colorado
Strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Comfortable using technology and real estate software tools
Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
Passion for helping clients find their perfect home
Reliable transportation and flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
Preferred
Recently licensed or newly licensed real estate agent (not required to apply)
