General building and ground maintenance
General maintenance of currently occupied apartments
Troubleshooting mechanical and maintenance issues
Appliance repair
Electrical work and plumbing
Conducting move-in/ move out inspections
Qualification
Required
Positive, 'How can I help' attitude
High School Degree or Equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience of repair work
Knowledge in HVAC, painting, drywall, plumbing & electrical repairs
Availability for rotation of after-hours emergency maintenance calls
Must enjoy interacting with people with ability to develop rapport quickly
Committed to providing exceptional customer experience
