Lead and motivate the car sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability

Oversee the entire car sales process, from customer engagement to delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive experience and satisfaction

Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure high performance and continuous improvement

Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to make informed business decisions

Maintain a high level of product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers
