Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
Track performance metrics and recommend process improvements
Qualification
Required
Prior automotive service or management experience required
Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and repair
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and team leading ability
Valid driver's license
