Responsibilities
Performing various resident care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs, hygiene, care, and comfort of the residents
Responding to emergency call alerts in accordance with facility policies
Documenting, on a daily basis as to resident assistance activities
Being flexible in accepting changes in duty and assignment
Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to facility safety program at all times
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age
Must be certified (QMA)
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Ability to remain stationary 50-100%
Ability to exert 10-30 lbs. of force or to move object
