The selected candidate will manage the construction, coordination, documentation and inspection activities for various water and wastewater facilities.

Responsibilities
Quality Review of CM team performance and deliverables
Adherence to contract documents and approved submittals
Quality review of Inspector Daily Reports
Quality of CM Administration
Documentation of project risks
Processing of contract invoices
Processing of shop drawings
Processing of RFIs
Processing of permits
Processing of change orders
Processing of subcontractor approvals
Management of project documentation tools, i.e. software
Management, Coordination and Integration with Operating Staff including Maintenance of Facility Operation
Management of Schedule
Tracking of Safety
Facilitating Project Closeout
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience
Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project and related PC software packages used on design and construction projects
Preferred
Professional Registration (P.E. or E.I.T)
CCM (Certified Construction Manager)
Experience in construction management, construction inspection, and stakeholder coordination
