Responsibilities
Developing Revit models, families, and contract documents
Coordinating contract drawing development with multiple disciplines
Performing BIM model clash detection and working with various disciplines to resolve conflicts
Training/mentoring less experienced designers
Reviewing models and drawings for less experienced designers
Providing input on CAD/BIM standards and workflows
Qualification
Required
Relevant bachelor's degree and 6 to 10 years of experience — or an associate degree/technical certification and 6 to 10 years of experience
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Experience leading and coordinating drawing production for medium and large sized projects
Preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D would be a benefit
