Responsibilities
Partnering hand-in-hand with the ownership team to develop and execute regional:
Strategic planning
Marketing
Financial management
Vendor relationships
Day-to-day operational oversight of practice level managers:
HR, team development, and performance management
Bookkeeping and financial reporting
OSHA compliance and operational protocols
Inventory systems and controls
Development and implementation of non-medical protocols, best practices and staff training
Coordination and support of new, state of the art multi-doctor practices in the region
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in veterinary, healthcare, or consumer services
Experience in leading teams
Experience in managing P&Ls
Experience in building strong systems across HR, finance, marketing, and operations
Ability to thrive in high-autonomy environments
Motivated by the opportunity to help shape a region
Preferred
CVPM or similar credential
