Activity planning and sequencing
Resource Planning and time estimations
Cost estimating and budget development
Documentation, organization, creation of charts and schedules, monitoring, and reporting progress
Managing risks and issues
Team leadership
Strategic influence and business relations
Working with vendors for material management
Quality control
Customer service
Actively contributes to a positive team environment
Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours
Demonstrate knowledge of the National Electric Code
Be a self-starter and be dependable
Other duties or locations as assigned by Manger
Qualification
Required
5-7 Years in the Low Voltage Industry
Experience running crews
Sales and presentation experience
Proficient in Accubid, and Microsoft Office products
Financial management for responsible projects
Previous project management experience in Low Voltage
Demonstrate knowledge of the National Electric Code
Be a self-starter and be dependable
