Responsibilities

Lead hydrogeologic investigations, including data collection, analysis, interpretation, and presentation
Manage planning, design, permitting, testing and construction of groundwater-related infrastructure, including UIC wells, monitoring wells, and wellfields
Oversee development of technical reports and evaluations using GIS and groundwater modeling
Provide technical leadership in well construction, testing, modification, and rehabilitation
Coordinate with internal technical specialists and discipline design professionals across water and wastewater sectors
Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
Mentor junior staff and foster technical development within the hydrogeology group
Support proposal development, client presentations, and strategic business development
Conduct fieldwork and site visits throughout Florida, from planning through construction

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geological Sciences, Hydrogeology, or Environmental/Civil Engineering
Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida
10-20 years of experience in hydrogeology, groundwater infrastructure, or water/wastewater project engineering
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-year projects with interdisciplinary teams
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel

Preferred

Advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Hydrogeology
Experience with Florida's regulatory framework for groundwater and UIC systems
Familiarity with water/wastewater treatment and conveyance systems
Strong data analysis and visualization capabilities
Experience in client engagement and proposal development
