Responsibilities
Deliver post-sales implementation and delivery support and solutions to the Oracle customer base
Serve as an advocate for customer needs
Provide proactive technical support and business solution implementation
Act as a risk manager to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction
Create/contribute to automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in post-sales implementation and delivery support
Expertise in Oracle product usage in complex, open systems implementation environments
