As an RF Systems Engineer, you will define, analyze, and validate the RF system architecture for next-generation satellite systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize RF components and subsystems.

Responsibilities

Define RF system architecture and lead flow-down of top-level requirements across subsystem blocks

Collaborate across teams working on antennas, RF front-ends, baseband, and digital interfaces to ensure seamless system integration

Perform RF link budget analysis, simulations, and trades to validate architectural decisions

Drive development and traceability of system-level requirements, ensuring alignment from concept to deployment

Analyze test data, support troubleshooting, and contribute to verification and validation activities

Document technical work and contribute to system-level design reviews and external deliverables

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) with relevant design and analysis work experience

5+ years of experience in RF systems engineering for satellite or aerospace communication systems

In-depth understanding of RF propagation, link budgets, and system-level RF architecture

Experience collaborating across hardware, RF, and digital systems teams

Proficiency with simulation and analysis tools such as MATLAB, SystemVue, or similar

Strong communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration
