Perform various waived, moderately and highly complex hematologic, chemical, immunohematologic, immunologic/serologic, microscopic, and microbiological tests on specimens to obtain data for use in diagnosis or treatment of diseases

Qualification

National certification MT/MLS/MLTLaboratory experienceBachelor's degree in MLSAssociate's degree in MLTLab equipmentQuality control methodsReport management

Required

Bachelor's degree in MLS and 1 year of experience or an Associate's degree in MLT and 2 years of experience
Knowledge of lab equipment, quality control methods, and report management

Preferred

National certification as an MT/MLS/MLT by an approved agency (ASCP or AMT)
Two years Lab Tech I or II experience
