Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js (mandatory)
Implement and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a focus on Cloud Run Services
Integrate with CCAI (Contact Center AI) for intelligent conversational solutions
Utilize AI Applications (formerly Agent Builder Applications) to create and enhance AI-driven functionality
Programmatically connect to Gemini 2.0 using the Discovery Engine API for advanced AI capabilities
Leverage GDF best practices for scalable, maintainable full-stack engineering solutions
Optimize backend performance for speed, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver high-impact features
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Node.js backend development
Hands-on experience with GCP Cloud Run and AI-related GCP services
Knowledge of CCAI platform architecture, features, and deployment strategies
Familiarity with GDF development workflows and standards
Experience working with Gemini 2.0 via Discovery Engine API
Strong understanding of API design, integration, and security
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments
Ability to work collaboratively across AI, product, and cloud infrastructure teams
Skilled at translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in high-performance environments
Clear communicator who can document processes and architecture effectively
