Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed

Define high-level project requirements for software modifications or new development initiatives

Collaborate with the development team to establish project scope, objectives, timelines, and assist with project development and testing

Manage and oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to our development methodology

Conduct periodic meetings with customers to review progress, gather feedback, and adjust project specifications accordingly

Facilitate ongoing customer engagement throughout the development process, ensuring iterative improvements align with their expectations

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge gaps between business needs and engineering execution

Required

Experience designing and developing business application software

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and manage multiple projects effectively
