Responsibilities
Own the entire sales process from outreach to closing for both B2B and B2C clients, focusing on small to mid-sized companies
Actively identify new sales opportunities through channels like cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' challenges and explain how our SaaS solution delivers value and ROI
Present tailored product demonstrations showcasing our platform's key features and benefits to varied audiences
Address prospect concerns, overcome objections, and negotiate favorable terms to close deals
Serve as the customer voice, relaying market feedback and trends to the product and leadership teams
Help create and refine sales playbooks and best practices for both B2B and B2C sales motions
Keep detailed records of sales activities in our CRM system
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solution
Cultivate long-lasting relationships with prospects and new customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
Work with the customer success team to ensure seamless client transitions post-sale
Qualification
Required
Proven leadership in SaaS sales and a robust B2B/B2C network
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing abilities
Self-driven and adaptable in a startup environment
Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
Technical aptitude for quickly learning new software solutions
Excellent time management and organizational skills
