New Grad, Entry LevelCode Red Safety is seeking an Application Support Analyst to assist with business systems, web applications, and data support. The role involves testing and reviewing systems, supporting end users, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities
Help test and review our new ERP system to make sure it works as expected
Assist in documenting processes and identifying where improvements can be made
Support end users with day-to-day questions or basic troubleshooting
Help with data entry, validation, and report checks
Assist in testing internal web applications and reporting issues to developers
Work with business users to understand what’s needed from each system
Help verify fixes, test new features, and update documentation
Provide feedback on ease of use and help identify potential improvements
Learn how data flows from connected devices into our systems
Help verify that data is updating correctly in Power BI dashboards
Assist with setting up and testing basic data connections or integrations
Support data tagging, visualization, and reporting activities
Document test results, configurations, and troubleshooting steps
Support users across different departments and escalate issues when needed
Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure smooth system operation
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and automation projects
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central or NAV) or other ERP systems
Understanding of general IT concepts, databases, and web applications
Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic Power BI
Good communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Exposure to Python or Django web applications
Interest in IoT, data integration, or cloud technologies
Experience with Power Automate, Zapier, or similar tools
A desire to learn and grow in application support or data analytics
