Responsibilities

Participate in Our Agent Launch Program
Guide Buyers in Finding Their Dream Home, Crafting Offers, and Securing Acceptance
Provide Detailed Written Feedback to Enhance Clients' Search Criteria
Prepare and Negotiate Offers for Sales Agents and Clients
Allocate at Least 10 Hours Weekly to Lead Generation, Appointment Scheduling, and Conversions
Host Three Open Houses Each Month
Participate in Team Activities as per Team Standards
Commit to Weekly One-on-One Coaching, Training Sessions, and Partner Calls
Leverage PLACE Technology to Track Tasks and Activities

Qualification

Required

Must hold a valid real estate license

Results-driven with a history of success
