Responsibilities
Provide daily operations support across classified/unclassified cloud networks
Maintain collaboration suites, engineering tools, and identity services
Enforce Zero Trust principles in daily operations
Troubleshoot network/system issues and ensure high availability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, or related
5+ years IT operations and service delivery experience; 3+ years in DoD
Knowledge of identity management (AD, PKI, CAC/PIV) and cloud-native operations
Familiarity with ITIL service management frameworks
DoD 8570: IAT Level II (Security+ CE)
Active Secret clearance
Preferred
Top Secret/SAP clearance preferred
