Handle case appearances, including status conferences and lien trials
Take and defend depositions
Manage discovery tasks and ensure compliance with deadlines
Coordinate with supervising attorneys and provide case status updates
Support trial preparation and related litigation tasks
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license, in good standing
Based in Northern California with availability for in-person appearances
No prior Workers' Compensation experience required (training provided)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new practice areas
Preferred
Litigation, deposition, or case management experience preferred
