Responsibilities
Establish and refine sales processes that drive success
Equip our sales team with the tools and knowledge to handle leads and in-person communications to the highest level of excellence
Monitor and ensure adherence to established processes, policies and compliance
Collaborate with your Sales Management team to set and track daily, weekly and monthly goals both personally and for your team. Review key performance indicators such as sales volume, response times and lead handling
Provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering continuous growth
Uphold and promote our positive, family-oriented culture
Qualification
Required
Proven success as a Sales Manager in a franchise dealership
Prior experience with both new and used vehicle operations
Familiarity with modern CRM tools and DMS platforms
Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Focus on accountability, CDI and volume growth
Professional grit, determination and a hands-on leadership style
Organizational skills are a must – all deals go to our Finance Department 100% completed
