Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements
Develop and present tailored solution proposals to meet client needs
Assist in the implementation and configuration of software solutions
Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle
Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
Participate in internal project meetings and contribute to process improvements
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Support senior consultants in complex client engagements
Prepare and maintain project documentation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field

Knowledge of CRM systems
Basic understanding of software development processes
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
Basic understanding of business processes and technology solutions
