Responsibilities

Represent clients in personal injury litigation cases in court and during settlement negotiations
Conduct thorough legal research to support case development and strategy
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Manage all aspects of case preparation, including gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses
Advocate on behalf of clients during arbitration and mediation sessions
Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve the best outcomes for clients
Maintain effective communication with clients to keep them informed about case progress and developments
Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards throughout the litigation process

Required

Jurisdictional license to practice law as a Personal Injury Attorney

Proven experience in personal injury litigation, with a strong record of success in the courtroom
Exceptional skills in litigation, legal research, and legal writing
Demonstrated negotiation and settlement negotiation skills
Experience with case management and advocacy in personal injury cases
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively represent clients
