New Grad, Entry LevelWeed Man is a leading lawn care company seeking a full-time Lawn Care Technician. In this role, you will service customer lawns by applying fertilizers and treating weeds while ensuring excellent customer service and generating field sales.

Responsibilities
Apply fertilizer, weed control, core aeration, and lawn over-seeding to customer properties
Meet with current and prospective customers
Generate field sales (additional commission rewarded)
Write excellent leave behind notes for customers
Complete daily invoice and truck checkout procedures
Working independently as part of a team
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass state certification exams to spray herbicides within 2 weeks of hire date
High School diploma or GED
18 or older
Professional appearance
Excellent oral and written communication skills
