Responsibilities
Partner with leaders in Marketing, Retail, Finance, and Merchandising to identify trends and opportunities that drive top-line revenue and improve gross margins
Conduct marketing and sales analytics to evaluate channel performance, optimize spend, and enhance ROI
Build and refine dashboards to track KPIs such as revenue, CAC, LTV, retention, and product performance
Lead pricing and margin analysis projects, using financial and demand data to guide assortment and profitability strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in business metrics
Develop forecasts and reporting to improve planning and operational efficiency
Act as a thought partner to leadership — proactively identifying data-driven opportunities for business impact
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data strategy — ideally within e-commerce, DTC, or consumer brands
Strong command of SQL and experience working with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Sigma
Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights
Proven experience supporting finance or merchandising teams with gross margin, pricing, or forecasting analyses
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, math, economics, data science)
Preferred
Background in marketing or growth analytics is highly preferred
