Responsibilities
Develop and execute a global partnership strategy aligned with the Group’s mission, growth targets, and investment frameworks
Cultivate and manage high-value relationships with institutional investors, digital asset funds, and key ecosystem partners
Structure partnership agreements that drive mutual value across trading, AI, and digital asset initiatives
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Investment, Marketing, and Technology teams to ensure partner integration and success
Represent the company at select global events, conferences, and summits, promoting the brand’s authority in AI, Web3, and DeFi
Lead a small, high-impact team responsible for partnership operations, analytics, and communications
Qualification
Required
Degree or MBA
USA Citizen
10+ years in partnerships, business development, investor relations, or strategic alliances within financial services, fintech, or digital assets
Deep understanding of crypto, blockchain, DeFi, or digital wealth platforms
A proven track record of building and closing high-value partnership deals (>$50 million+)
Excellent network across family offices, venture funds, or institutional investors
Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution, growth, and measurable outcomes
Confident communicator able to translate technical innovation into commercial impact
