Responsibilities
Maintain competency in troubleshooting turbines, reciprocating gas compressors, air compressors pumps and valves
Install and maintain various pumps and pump seals
Perform preventative maintenance activities on utility systems and equipment
Inspect, identify and repair/rebuild identified mechanical issues
Maintain accurate records of all inspection and maintenance activities
Organize and work alongside installation contractors
Maintain competency with the use of computers for research, material ordering, writing and updating work orders
Work in a team environment and maintain good communication
Act as a single point of contact dealing with offsite and onsite vendors, contractors, and other team members
Clean and maintain equipment, tools, and the general work area
Support AES zero-incident safety culture and assume personal accountability and responsibility for safe work practices in all projects, activities, and operations
Other duties will be assigned to this position as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of related work experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid Driver License
Preferred
Experience working in the oil and gas industry
Prior experience working on the North Slope
