Account Executive, Enterprise

They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand their customer base, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close while collaborating with leadership and other teams to craft effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, with a focus on net new customer acquisition
Develop and refine our sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Work closely with leadership to craft compelling sales strategies and drive urgency in deals
Partner with the marketing and product teams to ensure strong alignment between sales efforts and product development
Deliver persuasive product demos and articulate the value of Assort’s platform to potential customers
Manage and track sales activities in our CRM, maintaining an accurate and healthy pipeline
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to position Assort effectively in the market
Contribute to Assort’s growth by helping build a high-performing sales culture and mentoring new team members

Qualification

B2B SaaS salesFull-cycle sales experienceClosing high-value dealsSales strategy developmentCRM managementTechnical product comfortCommunication skillsMentoring team members

Required

5+ years of full-cycle experience + closing experience within b2b SaaS
Strong track record of exceeding quotas and closing high-value deals (e.g., $200K+)
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers
Comfort with technical products and an ability to simplify complex solutions for prospects

Preferred

Experience at an early-stage company or high-growth startup
Previous experience selling AI-driven or automation-based solutions
