Responsibilities
Assist in the installation of roofing, siding, windows & doors, soffit & fascia
Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
Follow safety protocols and job site procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support quality control through proper installation techniques
Communicate clearly and respectfully with crew leads and customers
Participate in training and development sessions to grow technical skills
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ year of experience in construction or exterior remodeling is required
Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
Prolonged periods standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time
Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment
Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and terrains
Must have manual dexterity, a good sense of balance, and excellent hand-eye coordination
Preferred
Experience installing fiber cement siding systems such as James Hardie, Allura, or Nichiha
Familiarity with manufacturer installation best practices, including flashing, layout, and fastening techniques
Experience using specialized fiber cement tools (e.g., shears, dust-reduction saws, siding nailers)
Knowledge of housewrap, flashing, and moisture management details
Proven ability to deliver high-quality, precise exterior finishes
