Responsibilities

Lead the System development of a single customer terminal product, subsystem accessories, and accessories by working closely with cross functional teams including the Family TPM, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, Antenna Engineering, and Industrial Design to meet Key Performance Metrics for technical and schedule requirements
Ensure hardware design and deliverables align with Diagnostic and Production Device software deliverables for key builds
Collaborate with the Family TPM, Product Integrity, Finance, Operations (including Quality, Operations Program Managers, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering) to successfully mitigate challenges and maintain project milestone
Manage execution of the Device Hardware and Accessories (cables, power supplies, etc.) with a balance of technical skills, bias for action, customer obsession, and ownership
Create agendas and presentations leading to meetings at the Director and VP level to make timely one way and two way door decisions to maintain project timelines, finances, requirements and deliverables

Required

3+ years of technical product or program management experience
2+ years of software development experience
3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred

3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
