Responsibilities

Driving the vision, roadmap, and external positioning for creative personalization. To be successful, the PM must balance the needs of advertisers and internal stakeholders, invent new ways to solve customer problems, and think big to align business and tech teams on the vision for the next generation of personalization
Lead cross-functional tech teams to execute on product plans and deliver results
Drive executive reviews and alignment for your plans
Collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout Amazon to obtain buy-in for product initiations
Partner with engineering to take features from conception to launch
Analyze and act on business metrics and data to grow the business
Leverage consumer insights, advertiser feedback, and competitive intelligence reports to inform product decisions

Required

Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience technical product management

Preferred

Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
