Responsibilities
Deliver results on complex projects involving cross functional teams across the company
Subject matter expert on all regulatory and compliance for Leo's aviation product development
Work with stakeholders to define regulatory requirements and product definition
Contribute to and influence new product design and architecture
Understand current system capabilities and limitations and how this impacts regulatory and compliance
Problem solve and explore solutions to current processes and systems
Coordinate with cross functional teams to deliver a quality product on time and at cost
Drive continuous improvement
Flawless execution in delivery of documents and systems to meet and exceed our partner teams timelines
This role will require travel
Qualification
Required
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
5+ years of aviation regulatory compliance experience
Preferred
5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
