The Fuel Delivery and Contract Management intern will support the Fuel Contract Managers with contract administration, customer deliverables, and financial responsibilities to ensure contract value is maximized.

Responsibilities

Interpret drawings, specifications and other technical documentation to support Westinghouse engineering positions or dispositions

Assist the FCMs with Financial responsibility to assure that customers' billing plans are entered and sustained, invoices are issued on time and revenue recognition / EBIDTA targets are met

Prepare and issue the Job Order Documents including Region Order, CATD (Contract and Technical Data), and Utility Requirements document for each Component / fuel reload based on customers' unique design / features and requirements

Assist FCMs with engineering & commercial activities associated with order, implementation, invoicing, and closeout

Manage Purchase Orders using SAP, ENOVIA, EDMS and other assorted tools
