Responsibilities
Perform off-line testing to verify that products meet all customer specifications
Accurately enter and analyze quality data using customized data sheets
Identify defects, communicate findings to machine operators, and document corrective actions
Maintain physical and digital records of lab data and test results
Support analysis of quality metrics, customer feedback, and internal process performance
Ensure timely and accurate check-in of customer returns
Actively participate in continuous improvement and safety initiatives
Collaborate across departments to ensure product quality and compliance
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions and specifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time
Must be able to work rotating shifts and mandatory overtime
Preferred
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
Prior experience in quality assurance or manufacturing is a plus
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
