Responsibilities

Performs pre-calibration and calibration duties per the product specifications

Utilizes specialized pre-calibration software

All work reviewed and certified by a minimum Calibration Technician III or Higher

Performs error-free production testing in an assigned area with limited cross-functional interface

Measures and records data per work instruction requirements and documents nonconformance

Provides daily support to meet the production demand

Maintains a clean and safe work environment

Assists other Calibration Technicians and other departments, on an as-needed basis

Performs other duties as assigned

Electromechanical assemblySchematic readingTroubleshooting cable assembliesIPC-A-620 certificationSoldering miniature partsShop math skillsElectronic principlesAttention to detailCommunication skills

Required

1-3 years of experience in electromechanical assembly

Must be able to read and understand assembly drawings

Advanced schematic reading and ability to troubleshoot cable assemblies

Advanced reading, writing, and shop math skills

Experience soldering miniature parts under a microscope

Use of simple hand tools such as crimpers and ovens

IPC-A-620 certification

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be accurate and organized with high attention to detail

Good communication, reading, writing, and math skills

Knowledge of electronic principles

Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time and will not require sponsorship either now or in the future to obtain an employment visa
