Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients in need of luxury packaging solutions, including gift boxes and premium decorative packaging
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their packaging needs
Present and sell a wide variety of packaging products, including custom gift boxes, high-end packaging materials, eco-friendly options, and luxury ribbon
Provide quotes, manage orders, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure product specifications and timelines are met
Track and report on sales activities, customer interactions, and outcomes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to recommend the best packaging solutions
Participate in trade shows, networking events, and online marketing to promote our luxury packaging and gift box solutions
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
Self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales goals
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
Proven sales experience in packaging, materials, or related fields is a plus
Strong understanding of luxury packaging types, including custom gift boxes, ribbon, and premium finishing touches
