Responsibilities

Help clients set clear, achievable financial goals and guide them toward meaningful first steps

Provide coaching on budgeting, savings strategies, planning for financial security, and building confidence in financial decision-making

Engage with a wide variety of people from diverse cultural backgrounds and industries

Participate in weekly intervision sessions and ongoing development

Qualification

Required

You have native-level fluency in Dutch or German and knowledge of local regulations and financial services

Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and confident in delivering consultations in English

BA degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration

Minimum 2+ years' experience providing 1:1 consulting, financial advisory, or coaching on personal finance, budgeting, or financial well-being

Certification in financial planning, budget coaching or WFT (at least Basis and Asset management) (completed or in progress)

Tech-savvy, with a self-reliant approach to digital platforms and systems

You have a laptop/computer with Windows 10 or later, OR MacOS Ventura or later, AND an antivirus turned on in your device

Entrepreneurial, proactive, and open to continuous learning

A team player who thrives independently and takes ownership of personal and professional growth

A natural connector: you create a safe, supportive space for clients and act decisively to help them move forward

You live the 'practice what you preach' mindset, showing integrity and reflection in how you approach both clients and colleagues

Preferred

Nice to have: local certifications, regulated advisory licenses, or financial coaching accreditations (e.g., in the Netherlands: WFT Asset Management under the Financial Supervision Act)
