Responsibilities
Assist in the assembly and production of custom closet systems and storage solutions
Organize materials and tools to ensure efficient workflow in the production area
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company specifications
Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company policies
Support inventory management by tracking materials and supplies
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in production processes
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to streamline operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks
Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is advantageous
