The Air Duct Cleaning Lead Tech is responsible for overseeing and managing a crew for air duct cleaning jobs, ensuring safety, quality assurance, and timely project delivery while also providing on-the-job training for new technicians.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Manage the production, including hands-on work as required for HVAC and dryer vent cleaning per written scope of work
Provide strong leadership to ensure successful, safe, timely, and profitable project delivery and completion
Provide on the job training for new technicians as needed
Manage documentation on projects (i.e. photos, contracts, etc.)
Ensures all safety measures are enforced on job site
Qualification
Required
At least 2-5 years experience in air duct cleaning or HVAC services
1-2 years of leadership experience
NADCA certification
Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
Successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test
Preferred
Other industry relevant certifications that are current that can include: IICRC, WRT, ASCS, OSHA 30, MICRO CMI/CMRC
Working knowledge of residential and / or commercial construction practices is a strong plus
Must be a self-starter
Able to work efficiently and effectively in a Team environment
Able to coordinate a team as an effective leader to achieve production goals
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent Customer Service skills
Exhibit a professional, neat appearance
Ability to lift 75 lbs
