They are seeking a highly skilled Architect, Commercial & Operations Systems to lead the architecture and implementation of the energy trading and risk management system as well as the hydrocarbon accounting system.

Responsibilities

Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Endur ETRM system
Lead the architectural design and implementation of the EnergysysHCM system
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop and maintain the overall architecture of commercial and operations systems, ensuring seamless integration with our enterprise systems
Customize and configure the systems to meet specific business needs
Manage the development and execution of test plans to ensure the system meets performance and functionality standards
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the implementation team
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during and after implementation
Stay updated with the latest features and industry trends to continuously improve the system

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

10+ years' experience in implementing and maintaining ETRM systems, specifically Endur
8+ years' experience in implementing and maintaining hydrocarbon accounting systems, preferably Energysys
Strong understanding of energy trading and risk management processes
Proficiency in Endur configuration and customization
Proficiency in low code development platforms including configuration and customization
Project management experience is a plus
